Grow your own organic garlic is much easier than having to remember to take a garlic supplement. It contains antibacterial and antiviral properties, antifungal, it's so great to stimulate the immune system and has many other beneficial properties.

Flowering garlic is Allium sativum. Vitamins, garlic: Beta Carotene, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, manganese and selenium. Whew!

Always buy the best quality available. In Australia our garlic has a purple coloration, whereas some garlic imported is bleached white. I don t want those chemicals in my thanks. In addition, garlic imported may be treated with chemicals to inhibit the growth so you can't grow garlic in your garden.
